Acadia House

This house was definitely forgotten about. It hadn’t seen a change since the early 70’s, retro kitchen banquette and all! It had a lot of work to do, so it was torn down to the studs to make sure it was built right back up to code and style. The footprint didn’t change, but boy did it have a major makeover. The only good thing going for this place to start with was the large mature trees and a good size yard. Now that it’s complete, there is so much more to love about this house.
