Albany House

The Albany House was a cute tiny house with the smallest kitchen! Original owners of the home lived there for 60+ years. We removed all interior walls and switched the layout completely. What was once a kitchen and living room on the right side of the house, was now all moved to the left for better flow, and a great kitchen window facing the pretty backyard. This house was taken back to the studs and had a complete overhaul with electrical, plumbing, h-vac, cabinetry, flooring and finishes. Now it’s a quaint little house with style that will last another 60+ years to the new homeowners.
