I haven't posted the mudroom area. It was hard to get it all in the shot, but it did get my favourite feature, the herringbone tile😍 That I found for a wicked deal and then cursed later that I didn't use it in my house! Haha, live and learn.

I was told the person who bought the house traded out these pendants. My first thought was "that was one of my favorite features in the kitchen!!" My second thought was "Can I have them back?!"😂😂
