Point McKay Condo

The point McKay Condo was old and outdated. The kitchen was separate from the rest of the house, making the dining room feel lonely. We opened up the wall, and it made the space so much more usable for company coming over. The main floor bathroom was dull and had a shower, even though there were no bedrooms on the main floor. We grabbed that shower space to make an extra large pantry in the kitchen, and the bathroom got a unique, fun update to make the space special. The upstairs was 2 bedrooms with one bathrooom and a huge master room. We made a third bedroom, added a whole 4 piece ensuite attached to the master, and brought the master bedrooms large size down to a good scale and added a huge walk-in closet in the space. Now it’s an upstairs that functions as it should. I heard the new owners are loving their new home!
