Hawkside House

The Hawkside House was a classic 80’s style. White and oak cabinets, angles everywhere, half walls, and too much carpet. We smoothed out all the angles, opened up the kitchen space the living/dining rooms, this house had a major facelift. We took an old flat small fireplace and made it a whole wall feature in the living room. What was an odd layout of a primary suite bathroom with lots of space we made into a functional dream for anyone. A custom hood vent was stucco’d to match the fireplace and make the space unique. I wan’t sure about how this home would come together but gradually saw the vision for it come together and it’s now a fantastic home for the newest owners on a wonderful street.
